Ya, we know. You're in new business. Stuff happens...like pitches.
First, when notified in writing, we do allow substitutions up until 1 week prior to the workshop.
If that doesn't work for you, we do provide another option. Upon written request within 2 weeks of your registration date, we will provide you with a refund (less 15% processing fee). However, this refund option is not available within 3 weeks of the workshop date.
Should you have to cancel your registration, and are not eligible for a refund, we will be happy to provide you with a credit towards a future Mirren Business Development workshop or conference (less 15% processing fee, valid for up to 1 year). Note that no credits are available after the workshop has taken place.
We do not provide refunds in the rare event that the Workshops are postponed due to events beyond our control (such as a freak 26" snow storm, a power outage of the entire regional grid etc). Should this occur, a new date will be quickly secured for you to attend.
Because we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the workshops, we must strictly adhere to this policy. By registering, you agree to these terms and conditions.
