Short-Term Leads: Organic Growth + Lead Generation

This session covers completely new Mirren Training material, including the latest strategy on generating leads at a faster rate during a downturn.

Organic Growth

  • How do you squeeze every possible dollar out of every client (in a way that is of benefit to your client and your agency)?
  • What systems do you have to create to generate new opportunities within 60 days?
  • How do you get your account staff to systematically (and habitually) grow each of their clients?

Outbound Lead Generation

  • What are the latest best practices & research findings for lead generation during a slowdown?
  • Why are a handful of agencies still growing so quickly during this tough period?
  • What systems do you have to create to generate new opportunities within 90 days?

 

In this session, learn strategies that are proven to accelerate conversion and generate short-term leads.

First, you'll study Organic Growth, with a particular focus on creating new project opportunities and securing every possible dollar from your existing client relationships:
- Understand the latest trends in how clients are assigning projects
- Learn why account staff don't naturally focus on growing their client businesses
- Apply a better approach to creating new habits and behaviors in your account staff
- Apply new tools that function as levers to identify client problems/opportunities, which lead to projects
- Turn these tools into systems that can scale across your agency
- Ultimately, take away an approach that will dramatically shorten the current client sales cycle

Second, you'll study proactive Outbound Lead Generation, where you'll look at an evolved step-by-step way of prospecting, specifically geared for a market downturn:
- Learn exactly what prospects are really looking for during a downturn
- Broken down into steps, apply an approach that speaks specifically to these needs
- Particularly in the current climate, understand what it takes to get a call returned and a meeting booked

Both Organic Growth and Outbound Lead Generation will lead you to new projects within the shortest-possible time frame.
