Workshop Day Three

Day Three
Advanced Pitch Deck Writing & Presenting

This session covers completely new Mirren Training material, including the latest on storytelling and dynamic arc presentation strategy.

Storytelling

  • How do you use storytelling arcs to create more drama and better engage?
  • How do you open with a bang and immediately start converting the business?

Presentation Structure & Style

  • What is the structure that is most persuasive to a client?
  • What are the best ways to truly differentiate the agency?
  • What is the best balance of visuals vs. text on a presentation slide?
  • Is it possible to develop one template that we can efficiently replicate across most of our pitches?

Presentation Theater

  • What is the best use of visual aids (boards, posters, props, research theater, PPT, etc.)?
  • Evaluate Your Own Presentations
  • How do your presentations stack up?
  • Bring an actual pitch presentation and audit it

Either your pitch presentations elicit immediate energy and passion from your prospects... or prepare for the "you came in second" break-up call.

Bottom line: you will never look at your pitch presentations the same way again. You will instantly understand why most of you presentations actually suck the energy out of the room - and learn exactly what you need to do to turn them into dynamic experiences.

The ability to apply your learning from this session is critical. To help you implement these strategies back at your agency, a 60-minute one-on-one teleconference follow up session is included.

Note: For those of you who must catch flights home late Friday afternoon, the core of the workshop will wrap at 3pm, with personal/group coaching and discussion that will continue until 5pm.
