Learning & Development
Forum Series

Building on our Agency CEO Forum Series, we bring together small groups of L&D Chiefs from the best agencies in the business. Here, a small group of senior industry peers convene online for a moderated discussion about agency talent development, best practices, trends, and innovation. The premise is that the collective learning from a group of sharp minds will improve the performance of everyone.
Agency learning and development continues to go through significant shifts. Often, up against tight budgets and limited resources, expectations remain high that training will roll out in meaningful ways. At the same time, it continues to be challenging to get the necessary time commitment and session engagement from exceptionally busy teams. Thankfully, there are answers, and we address them here in this forum series.
